3. Payment through bank account/direct debit

A payment through bank account and direct debit is now made available by Triple T Internet Company Limited

Payment through bank account: List of banks that offer this service is as follows

3.1 Application through Bank Account/Credit Card Dispute Form
 
 

3.1.1 An invoice issued by Triple T Internet Company Limited (TTTI)
   - Use the Bank Account/Credit Card Dispute Form authorized to Triple T Internet Company Limited (TTT)

3.1.2 An invoice issued by Triple T Internet Company Limited and TT&T Subscriber Services Company Limited

 

Easy way to Apply for the service   Customers can request to make a payment through bank account/credit card by fill in the bank account/credit card dispute form together with the following supporting documents:

  • Payment through Bank Account    :     A copy of passbook
  • Payment through credit card           :   A copy of credit card’s front side

All documents can be submitted at every 3BB  Shop  throughout Thailand

3.2 Application through Electronic-payment methods provided by the banks
  i.e. ATM, Internet, or Telephone Banking (methods are different from banks to banks)

Remarks: Once applied through an electronic method, customers do not have to complete the bank account/credit card dispute form

3.2.1 Krung Thai Bank
  3.2.1.1 Application through an ATM of Krung Thai Bank
 
  1. Insert an ATM card and PIN number
2. Select “Other services”
3. Select types of services “Select other services”
4. Select “Apply to automatic deduction from bank account”
5. Enter the company’s Comp Code “2015” which is given on the back page of the invoice
6. Enter a 9-digit Service no. and a 9-digit Account No./Ref. by inserting a “dot” (.) in between the service and account no.. Then press “Correct” 7. Application details will be shown on screen for verification.  Press “Accept”

8. Wait for the evidence of application
   
3.2.1.2Application through Krung Thai Bank’s internet www.ktb.co.th ของธนาคารกรุงไทย
  1. Log on to www.ktb.co.th  then select “KTB online”
2. click on “Next”
3. Enter User ID and Password to Login into the system
4. Click on  “Automatic deduction from bank account” button
5. Click on “Applying to an automatic deduction from bank account”
6. Select the payee of the payment “Triple T Internet”
7. Enter a 9-digit Account No./Ref no.1 then click “Accept”
8. Enter a 9-digit Service no. then click “Accept”
9. Fill in the contact details including email address, mobile phone number, name, address and reachable phone number
10. verify the data  then click on “confirm”
11. The system will send the result and confirmation of the application through an email and SMS as given above
12. Print out the details and keep it for further reference
 
3.2.2 SCB Bank
  3.2.2.1 Application through an ATM
 
  1. Insert an ATM card and PIN number
2. Select “Other/English”
3. Select “Apply for services/mobile phone top-up”
4. Select “Apply for an automatic deduction from bank account”
5. Choose types of bank account “Saving” or “Running/Gift Voucher”
6. Enter the details or the barcode
    6.1 If filling in the company’s information, the required data is
      -A 12-digit Taxpayer number “3032657310” or a 4-digit Comp Code “0950” or  the company’s bank account, then press “accept”
*Some of the company’s information cannot be shown on the invoice
    6.2 If having the barcode scanned
      - Press on the barcode scan button
      - Place the barcode tab on the pedestal with its red right in the middle.  Move the scanner up and down until you hear the sound.
7. Verification of the application details on screen “confirm”
8. keep the slip
9. Customers will receive the letter of confirmation for application from the bank within 30 days
   
 
3.3 Invoice/receipt issued and delivered by the company as evidence of payment
  3.3.1 Customers who succeed with account deduction
The company will deliver invoice/receipt to customers together with their next bills.
   
  3.3.2 Customers who did not succeed with account deduction
Customers shall make payments of that month’s service fee in person by submitting the bills to available payment channels.
